Terry Ruta

I have been a licenced Realtor for over thirteen years, and bring a depth of knowledge and experience in bringing sellers and buyers together in the exchange of real estate. I have satisfied client’s needs whether they are sellers, transferring, first time buyers, or seasoned investors.

I am also a current member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in good standing. As an accredited CRA (Certified Real Estate Appraiser), I have conducted thousands of residential appraisals over the past several years. I was also a member of the Association Des Inspecteurs en Batiment du Quebec (AIBQ) before transferring into Manitoba. As a past certified building inspector, I have a strong understanding of construction materials, building codes and processes. My education through the University of Manitoba – Agriculture program has instilled my continued pursuit of enriched learning particularly in the field of Real Estate.
